my first attempt

alone at home this afternoon, so i decided to make fried rice for lunch. it was my first ever attempt at cooking fried rice. mom never taught me how to cook fried rice, and i never learned this in the kemahiran hidup class also.

spent half an hour to open the can because i don't know how to use a can opener! stared at the can opener and tried to figure out how to use it, finally i ended up using my own way to open the can. i poked a hole on top of the can then cut it by using scissors -.- i started to cook after preparing all the ingredients. simply added some tomato slices, carrot slices, baby corns, eggs and sauce, and this is what i'm eating now......

i know it looked so ewwww coz i put too much sauce already. this was the darkest fried rice i ever had! well, the taste was still okay. my fried rice wasn't that bad afterall :) but i seriously need to learn cooking in the 3-month holiday. i can't probably eat fried rice/ fried eggs/ stir-fried vegetables/ instant noodles everyday when i'm in the states right?
